1. Use Remote Operated Vehicle (ROV) to inspect and photograph internal walls, floor and fittings
2. Remove debris and sediment by vacuuming. where possible filter debris and sediments and return filtered water to tank.
3. Use ROV in inspect and photograph cleaned internal walls, floors and fittings.
4. Submit photographic report
